My grandma lives by herself, does not own a smartphone or a computer, but loves seeing recent family photos. This is a monthly photobook subscription service meant for people like my grandma who struggle with technology, but want to stay in touch with those they care about most. My target audience would be those in Gen X who have a parent or two like my grandma, and have the technological capabilities to set up this service for them.
